Hinduism originated based on the four Vedas. At that time, the four Vedas were well known and practiced in the Vedas. Vedapuri is a special feature of Guru Bhagavan’s literary and enlightenment in the Navagrahas, “Arulmigu Dakshinamoorthy Tirukoil specials”. History of the Vedapuri Dakshinamoorthy Temple The Vedapuri Dakshinamoorthy Temple is said to have been built by the kings who ruled the region after the Pandya kings. The temple has been rebuilt with the efforts of all the devotees presently living here. The main source of the temple is Dakshinamurthy, who is a guru of the Navagrahas, a guru. He is known here as Pragna Dakshinamoorthy. Some say that the town was named T Vedapuri because of the recitation of the Vedic texts which were always held by the Vedas during ancient times. In the temple of Vedapuri Dakshinamoorthy, the founder of the temple, Pragna Dakshinamurthy, is looking southwards at the height of the 9th century. Devotees are also advised by the temple administrators to submit the parcel to Dakshinamurthy instead of the garland. There are five daily pujas performed in the temple. Special poojas are performed on special days. Devotees throng to Dakshinamoorthy temple on Thursdays. Experienced pilgrims say that they are sure to get a wedding reception and child boon at the temple on Thursday. The temple is located in the town of Vedapuri in the Theni district of Arulmigu Dakshinamurthy Temple.
